Empathy in Action: Leveraging Empathy in your Business Solutions
Empathy is one of the most important skills you can have. Harvard Business Review writes “[Empathy] is a hard skill that should be required from the board-room to the shop floor.” This class, led by Slim of Realizing Empathy, will explain what empathy is and why it is the single most important ingredient in navigating business challenges. Then, the class will workshop through examples and application of leveraging empathy in any situation to lead to a successful outcome for all parties involved.
