Curiosity is inherent, but exposure is acquired. Today, more than ever, it is so important to empower and provide girls exposure to making, tinkering and STEM fields to help them prepare for valuable life experiences and careers. Join us for an afternoon of learning, with lab workshops in 3D printing, laser cutting, and electronics; and panel for parents to learn ways to pave a path of curiosity and exposure for your daughters and young women in your life.
This event has ended.
Join us for a girls-only day (ages 7-12) hosted by GE and mHUB.
Your daughter, niece, sister, mentee, friend, or any other aspiring young woman in your life will be provided hands-on opportunities to learn about laser cutting, 3D printing, and electronics; hear from a variety of young women in STEM careers; and get a chance to have fun with science, technology, engineering, and math!
And parent/adult/guardian will get the opportunity to connect with educators, industry leaders, and other parents to learn about ways to nurture their daughters' curiosity in STEM.
