Preparing your Business for Production Launch
Preparing for production is unique to each product. In this workshop, led by Jim Ticknor of NuCurrent, you will learn how to manage your supply chain (local or foreign) and production costs, and what to look for in a supplier/manufacturer at first-run volumes. You’ll also learn about quality control processes, standards, and how to anticipate failure points.
