You will learn about different venture fundraising options for your start-up and what this means to your cap table and ownership. Taught by Briana Belligio, you’ll walk away understanding convertible notes, dilution, vesting schedules, forfeiture and repurchase rights, and distributions, and why they are important to your funding negotiations.
