In this class, you will learn about venture fundraising options for your start-up and what this means to your cap table and ownership. Taught by Briana Belligio, you’ll walk away knowing all about convertible notes, dilution, vesting schedules, forfeiture and repurchase rights, and distributions, and why they're important to your funding negotiations.
