Phoenix Unlimited Ltd.

Phoenix Unlimited, Ltd. was started in Livonia, MI in 1962 by Jack W. Treubig and his wife, Marion (Pat). Jack loved model trains (HO) and planes, so he invented a specially designed cap to lubricate parts of his models to keep them in excellent condition. He shared his ideas with hobby shop owners and started selling his products to them. While he went to work to get his company started, his wife and son, Jonathan, worked in the basement of their home filling small orders.
