Newport is a national strategic advisory firm that helps owners and CEOs of midsize companies grow and improve the performance of their businesses, often in support of a successful capital transaction or sale.

Being the owner or CEO of a business is a lonely, stressful job. You have to make difficult, “bet the business” decisions, often by yourself. We partner with you – as an advisor, board member, or interim member of your leadership team - to make and implement these tough decisions. Our job is to pull you out of the tactical fires of day-to-day operations and help you think strategically about your longer-range vision and make the right decisions to achieve it.
